-Group documents and spreadsheet software allows users to collectively upload or create, edit and organize word and spreadsheet documents online.
-The only service that has this type of software working well right now is Google. Anyone with a free Google account has virtually unlimited space to manage their documents and spreadsheets.
-They can then use the "collaborate" button to invite other colleagues who have Google accounts to view and/or make changes to the files simultaneously.
-The only problem with Google docs is that it doesn't allow you to save files in Microsoft Word format, it changes the formatting such that it often takes a lot of work to return it to its original form. Still, it's a great tool for collaborative projects.
